Display interstitial advertising

This JavaScript object can be used to display interstitial advertising. It generates HTML and JavaScript that makes advertising appear on the current page and then disappears if the user clicks on the skip link or after a given period of time. The same user may not be exposed to adverts for a given period of time. The class may invoke given callback functions after the advertisment is displayed, as well when user clicks skip link, or when advertisment exposure period ends.
